   4.1. Step 1 – Planning Board to make recommendation to Council regarding major versus minor review of Bylaws & Official Plan. (Minutes of Jan 21st meeting attached includes recommendation)
   
   4.2. Step 2 – Council to accept recommendation from Planning Board and proceed with next step of organizing a public meeting for public input on review. (ATTACHED - Summary of necessary steps) Discuss hiring professional planner to complete review.
